Ran into Anne Marie Caminiti of Parent to Parent Inc. (Staten Island) at the last Citywide Council of Special Education open meeting two weeks ago. This is a great organization for parents of children with disabilities. It's a family to family information sharing organization that provides parents with health care and education information that concern children with disabilities. They are doing great things all over the US and it is great to see representation from Staten Island. If your a parent out there and in the need of some help feel free to contact them, they are a great organization. Connecting and Supporting families of individuals with special needs.
