For 5 years professionals as OT, PT, speech language therapists and teachers learned how to work with blind children and multiple disability applying adaptive technology using cardboard and thermoplastic. In the beginning of 2007, LARAMARA (Brazilian Association for the Blind) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, will have a designated place to build adaptive materials and provide workshops for volunteers, parents, and professionals. We believe that we can improve the quality of children's lives.
