Meet Jared

A fully-customized chair, with three built-in steps, puts Jared at an appropriate height for using the keyboard and viewing the monitor, and he can get in and out of the chair independently.

The Jared-specific bench adaptation can be placed at any table in the cafeteria. Jared tested all of his new equipment during a quiet morning in early September.

Jared's mother Sharon and his Uncle Perry bending and gluing cardboard during hands-on class in October.

The bathroom sink steps ready for primer, paint, and a couple of coats of water-based polyurethane.

The custom-made booster seat and footrest slip onto any chair in the kindergarten, so Jared can sit at an appropriate height for reading and writing.
